My Sale Picks and a Home Tour

I know every blogger on the planet is likely posting about 2014 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that opened to the public today {but for good reason – it is one of the only major pre-season sales I know of!}. When I grew up in Utah and we had a nearby Nordstrom, I waited for this sale all summer to get my school shopping done in the Brass Plum (now BP). They had killer deals on Girbauds and Lucky Jeans! Do you guys remember those day?! 🙂

Nowadays, since we don’t have a Nordstrom in town, I typically only shop them online for accessories and shoes. Following are some of my top picks in these areas.

This adorable Kate Spade Initial necklace is only $37.90. You can select your letter and the back says ‘One in a Million’. Not only do I want one, but I think they would make a great gift. Such a great price point – especially for Kate Spade!

I’ve always been a huge fan of Tory Burch’s wrap bracelets. This leopard version is classic yet trendy {without being obnoxious}. The best part? If you get sick of the leopard, it reverses to a solid black. It’s like two designer bracelets in one! I also love this simple one that is on sale as well {comes in both brown and black}.

The one exception to my shoes/accessories are 7 For All Mankind Jeans. I would love to love other trendy jeans on me, but they just don’t work on my body type {small waist, big booty and hips}. I have almost exclusively bought 7FAM for the past five years or so, and they never disappoint. This pair is a killer deal {especially since I usually only add one or two pairs a year to the closet – they are worth the investment to have good fitting jeans}!

I don’t buy very many shoes in any given year. Each fall I will usually pick a new pair of boots, and as much as I would love a pair of Tory Burch boots, at a sale price of still $250 {instead of $400} I just can’t justify it – especially as hard as I am on shoes. So, I am loving this pair of booties that comes in at just under $100. Much more in line with my usually boot budget.

Remember my Michael Kors watches I raved about. Here is the next generation watch {on sale} and I love the sleeker face!

I also talked recently about my love for my Clarisonic. During the sale, you can get this entire kit below for nearly $75 off of retail!

I also wanted to let you know that Amy over at Eat.Sleep.Decorate is sharing our home tour later this afternoon. I’d love for you to stop by and check it out!

Lastly, don’t forget to round up your favorite look for less projects to link up on Wednesday! It’s a great opportunity to share all of your amazing projects, and our favorite one will win a $60 Target giftcard!

Have a great weekend!

However, only few can carry out the strongest and most reliable aluminium welding, aluminum fabrication and
parts repairs. But always keep in mind only to go for reputed shipping companies to make positive a top
quality service. Soon ice shipping became
common as entrepreneurs realized the profits that could be garnered from sending as
useful a substance as frozen water to regions that had no natural supply.
