I hope you all had a great weekend! We went to a Halloween party {as I mentioned on Wednesday} and my husband’s Forrest Gump costume kit was amazing {found here}. I ended up picking all of my outfit up at Marshall’s in the junior’s section and pieced together a shirt, skirt, long vest and floral pick I found there to be Jenny. Apparently hippie clothes are all the rage with the juniors these days. We ended up winning best costume of the night so I would say it turned out well!
Prior to the party Friday night, we were able to crank out some more work in the mudroom {here’s where we ended up last weekend}. I’m happy to say that the construction portion is officially done. We got the cabinet extended, crown molding added and then finished the shelf/picture ledge and trim piece on the hook wall. Now I just have several hours of caulking, filling, priming, sanding and painting in my future. No big deal 😉 Also, the light and countertop cover arrived Friday and I think both are going to work out perfectly! Things are moving quickly and I can’t wait to wrap this space up.
I was also able to wrap up my Year of Change project on Sunday, so I have a fun post for you ready for Friday. Have a great week!

haha love your costumes! This year me and the hubby bought pre-made costumes. We’re going as Where’s Waldo 🙂 Last year we were contestants on The Price is Right and made our costumes. It was THE BEST.
