I wanted to share with you my blue Christmas blog hop, mantles and tablescapes!
This week during our Blue Christmas Blog Hop, we are focusing on all things mantle and tablescape related. I was pretty simple with my Christmas mantle decor, adding a garland, a few ornaments, and some potted trees {which I still don’t have decorative pots for}. But I love the simplicity.
I obviously have yet to find any stockings that are cute and 75% off, so we continue our eight years of marriage without any Christmas stockings. The great thing about this holiday project though is that I didn’t have to spend any extra money this year. The two little trees were from Tai Pan in Utah several years ago {on clearance after Christmas} and I got the garlands in Iowa last year {also on clearance after Christmas}. The tree ornaments were leftover from the Garden Ridge pack I used during ornaments week, on the wreaths and also on our tree. Those $3.99 and $9.99 packs have gone a long ways!
The fun doesn’t end here. Be sure to check out these other amazing ladies and the inspiration they come up with this week!
