Barstool Arrival

Room Makeovers + Design Plans

The linen barstools I ordered arrived on Wednesday, much to my surprise! You can read more about my bar stool selection process in this post. The stools came fully assembled so there was no questioning what they were when I pulled up and saw the three giant boxes on my porch.

They look perfect in the space. I certainly did not want the barstools to be a major focal point in the room and these are the exact height, color and shape I wanted. Plus, they are so much more sophisticated than your traditional barstool. My husband loves them too and has already used them several times since yesterday. I think it’s safe to say we made the right choice with the Lydia Bar Stool!

The barstools fit perfectly

I got my wisdom teeth plus one additional pulled yesterday. Thankfully, I am not in much pain – I’m just really light-headed and sluggish. It is killing me to be stuck on the couch watching daytime TV when I know I could be painting the walls or the trim! I hoping for a big improvement tomorrow so I can get something done! In the meantime, I”ll be vegging out on my couch admiring the new barstools and eating pudding and pureed food!

And just a little reminder of how far we’ve come since moving in!
