Happy February! Anyone else happy to have the longest (coldest) month behind us? Kurtis and I have been going strong eating healthy this past month, but typically by the time February rolls around, we start to get in a recipe rut. We want to keep eating healthy, but we get tired of all the same old recipes we’ve been eating for a month straight!
