2016 Omaha Street of Dreams: Home #4

Decorating Ideas, Tips and Trends, Home Tour

Sadly, I didn’t make it to the Omaha Street of Dreams this year, and I heard it was crazy good!

Thankfully, my friend Mandy had a chance to shoot one of the houses, and she offered to let me share the images with you today. Our friend Nancy from Pearson & Company was the interior designer for the home and it is so beautiful I couldn’t wait to share it with you.  You may recall, we shared Nancy’s stunning neutral home tour last fall! She is so talented and has the best taste (and is crazy funny and fun to be around). I think you’re going to love this home as well! Feel free to contact Nancy for any items you love if you are local. I’ve also added a few ‘shop the look’ widgets throughout for those that aren’t local and want to achieve a similar look in your home. Most are not exact items, but would give you a fairly similar vibe.

Now, on to the details for Home #4 in the 2016 Omaha Street of Dreams! The Street of Dreams was located in Valley, NE this year, which is a few miles northwest of Omaha. The Bluewater subdivision is a lakefront residential community with lots starting at $175,000. Definitely a much pricier area than most places in the Omaha area!

Builder: Landmark Performance Homes | Designer: Nancy Erb of Pearson & Company | 3,769 Total Finished Square Feet: 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, | Price: $1,060,000

The outdoor space is equally as enviable. Can you even believe this outdoor kitchen, shower and living area? I’d probably never go inside.

OMG. SERIOUS home goals!! I literally love every room, and I never usually feel that way about Street of Dreams homes since they’re usually custom designed for a buyer.
