I will show you how we put together our planters for the front porch!

Last weekend the husband and I decided to tackle a major project for us ~ making some planters from scratch. We had bought huge black resin planters from Costco and decided it was time to finally add some flowers. Let me tell you ~ this is not an easy task! We didn’t realize how big the pots were until we started filling them with dirt and flowers. We are hoping with a lot of water, sun and some fertilizer these things will take off in the next few weeks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

While I was at an all day scrapbooking crop for the American Cancer Society, the husband tackled another project I have wanted for a while ~ stepping stones from our side to our back of our house. I LOVE how it turned out and think it will be even better once all the grass fills in tightly around the stones. He did a great job!
