Print Recipe
Prep Time:10 minutes
Cook Time:1 hour
Total Time:1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs white almond bark
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate baking bar bar I used Baker's brand
  • 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 36 oz container of dry roasted peanuts lightly salted
  • 1 jar Smucker's Simple Delight Salted Caramel Ice Cream Topping or caramel topping of your choice

Instructions

  • Place all the chocolate in a large crockpot.
  • Cook on low for approx 30-60 minutes (time will vary depending on crockpot), or until all chocolate is melted. Stir frequently to ensure it doesn't burn around the edges and bottom.
  • Turn off crockpot, add peanuts, and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • Take a teaspoon and drop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
  • Cool completely.
  • Drizzle with caramel topping. I filled a sandwich bag with about three tablespoons of caramel, cut a small hole in the tip of the bag, and then drizzled.
  • Once everything has cooled, store in an airtight container.
  • Yield varies depending on size of clusters. I made fairly large clusters and had about 48 pieces with one set of ingredients.
