World's Best Crockpot Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 9 large potatoes {or 5 lbs}, cooked, peeled and drained
  • 2 3 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter
Instructions
  1. Mash potatoes until smooth; combine with remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat light and fluffy.
  3. Cool, cover and refrigerate if not serving immediately.
  4. Use within 2 weeks.
  5. To serve, place desired amount in a greased casserole pan, dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  6. OR Use crockpot to reheat
