Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – We’re talking about potentially tackling a guest bathroom renovation in 2020, so I’ve been slowly saving inspiration. The bathrooms in this California Traditional home tour from Studio McGee give so many beautiful ideas! I love the sconces flanking the mirror and open shelving for storage (since our guest bathroom doesn’t have a linen closet). The other bathrooms in this home also provide some unique inspiration!
2 – One of my favorite fashion purchases of 2019 was this dress. So, when I saw this floral version on clearance last week, I had to scoop it up! It will be perfect for some upcoming events we have and I love that the colorful print is fairly seasonless! The ruffle neck and bow back could not be cuter!
For length reference, here I am (at 5’8″) in the size Large in the navy version. I’m pretty picky on length and I feel like it’s not on the too-short side (which was initially my concern).
3 – I’ve long admired Teil Duncan’s beachy artwork, so I was excited to finally get The Color Teil coffee table book over Christmas! It’s not only gorgeous on the exterior and perfect to use in your vignette styling, but the book is full of her stunning and colorful art! So much inspiration – definitely a top favorite right now!
4 – I purchased this beach waver curling iron after hearing a lot of great things about it. I’ve been using it for a week or two now and love it! It’s worth clicking over to look at all the images in the reviews if you have interest in wavy hair at all (regardless of length). There are so many great pictures from real people to see how it can look with a variety of hair types and styles! Such a fun way to change up your typical hairstyle! I wore it like this on NYE (there’s a pic in my recent Weekend Recap), but it’s essentially a giant crimper and much easier than three barrel curling irons I’ve used in the past. Zero burnt fingers!
5 – I have feeling citrus will be back in a big way again this spring and summer! I am loving these citrus trees that are currently available. I’m guessing they’ll sell out pretty quickly much like the lemon versions did last year. You’ll want to pay close attention to the dimensions on the kumquat vs. the tangerine because their quite different (even though the side by side stock photo makes them look fairly similar). The tangerine is fairly similar in shape to the medium lemon tree I used in our entryway last year (only the large version is currently available, but I’m glad to see it’s back)!

Love the trend of fruit trees! I actually went old school and went back to my traditional curling iron to give me waves. The trick, apparently, is to only wrap the 2/3 of the top of the hair! I would kill to be 5’8! Ha! Happy New Year from Everyday Edits in Colorado, laura

I love those fruit trees! I’m getting married in May and our theme is “Vintage Florida” which will incorporate lots of bright citrus! I love these for bringing a piece of our wedding to our brand new house (first time homeowners here!!) 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
