Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

– This mudroom and entire home tour from Bria Hammel Interiors are the things dreams are made of. Every single detail is absolute perfection!
– I’ve wanted this speckled cotton sweater since I first laid eyes on it, but I refused to pay nearly $90 for it. But, it was on sale yesterday for 40% off (hoping it goes on sale again soon). It also comes in an ivory/charcoal combo. In related sad news, I heard the J. Crew in Omaha is closing at the end of the month. I’m totally bummed about it because it was always the store I’d run to if I needed a last minute item for a trip. Side note: all of their final sale is an extra 50% off with code SAVENOW. They have a lot of great items (see them all here).
– Isn’t this seashell chandelier light fixture stunning? Although it’s still a bit pricey, it’s much more affordable than some of the glass or bead versions that I’ve seen for $1-2k. It would look gorgeous in a coastal inspired bedroom!
– If you’re a fan of Chloe bags, you can likely tell this crossbody bag is a really great dupe – and it’s a fraction of the price of the real thing! It comes in this pretty gray color as well as a camel tone. It’s a great way to wear the current trends on a major budget!
– I saw this textured knotted runner in the latest PB catalog and fell in love with it. It’s technically fairly simple, so I don’t know what specifically drew me in. But I think it’s one of those items that could be used every season and would add a great texture to any tablescape! It’s an item I’m pretty sure I’ll be snagging once it goes on sale!
