Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the first week. Before we get started, I want to send out a huge thank you to everyone that took the time to comment on my dining room reveal that I shared yesterday. I really appreciate all the sweet words!

1 – I’m fairly certain you’re going to love all the gorgeous details in the stunning home tour as much as I do.
2 – Against my will, I’ve slowly been looking at fall clothes (why must summer leave?!) so I have a few before all the good things get snatched up. I thought this was a cute sweatshirt that doesn’t look too casual, and I’m in love with the floral print on this romper (wishing it came in just a top). I also loving this top (but I’m not a fan of dolman sleeves on me). The picture makes them look like fitted sleeves though – anyone have experience with this one that can advise on the actual fit?
Speaking of fashion, is anyone else as excited as I am that boot cut jeans are coming back and skinnies are fading?! Amen.
3 – Now that we’ve put our kitchen remodeling plans on hold until after the pool addition, it’s likely going to be several+ years before we work on the kitchen. In the meantime, I’ve had my eye open for simple accessories we can put on our countertop in an effort to slightly camouflage our backsplash. I came across these gold and glass canisters and really loved the look! It helps that they are really affordable too!
4 – I learned several new tricks for hanging things in this ‘How to Hang Just About Anything‘ post from Sarah at Thrifty Decor Chick. Â I think the paint stick trick for hanging art is my favorite! Definitely some things you’ll want to make note of.
5 – If you liked the chandelier in our dining room, you’ll love this smaller version (and it’s about $300 off retail). I think a pair of these would be killer over an island! And if you’re a fan of the Hicks Pendant, they have a good price on that as well (also comes in brass and nickel).

I totally needed that tutorial on how to hang things. I have to get my hubby to help me hang some things because he’s an expert on measuring perfectly. Now I think I can hang everything by myself.

Agreed on the boot cut jeans! I never caught on to the skinny jeans 🙂
