In Wednesday’s post, I alluded to the fact that I’ve already changed some of my plans for my craft room makeover. And what better time to change your design plans than a week and a half before you plan to do the big room reveal. Right?!
As I mentioned, I’m being pulled back to this home by Tiek Built Homes and Caitlin Creer Interiors that I have loved since the beginning of creation {or at least the beginning of the home’s creation}. The family room is what has specifically changed some of my plans {this is also the same room that helped me pick paint colors in our last home}.

Not gonna lie. What partially prompted this change from my original plans was the fact that I had an extra gallon of the Benjamin Moore Healing Aloe leftover from our last house {which is also the same color in the inspiration home}.
I ordered this chaise lounge with a 12% off coupon {and free shipping!} in lieu of the one on my design board {which was this one}, simply because of the price and I did want more of a curved bed for comfort. I also decided the TV stand needed to be white.
So after all this, I was back to the drawing board. Here’s where I stand now {with the exception of the chaise swap}. But I’m sure my plans will change again several times between now and next Friday 😉 I have TONS of painting {wall and furniture}, hangining {lights and art} and styling to do before next week.
I bet you’re all excited to see the space now, after this amazing work of art, right?!? Well, be sure to check back next Friday when the room will {hopefully} be done!
