Rather than working on the second coat of paint today, I decided to lay out my photo gallery so that if I need to move stuff {i.e. the nails} I could patch the wall before I painted. This could be a very costly project but luckily Targe had 8 packs of frames that were usually bargained price at $9.99 but they were on clearance for $6.98 – for the whole 8 pack! At less than a buck a frame, it was much more manageable {some are the wrong color so I intend to spray paint them black}.  Only a few of the frames were double-digit dollars.
If you think anything looks weird, let me know…it is much easier to change it now! I bought a bunch of white mats for the larger frames and I am thinking I will do a mix of black and white photos and color photos {since all the frames will be the same color}. This literally took me hours to get done ~ I am glad I remembered to take a photo so when I take them all down to paint I will remember where they all go! Do you think I should put photos on the top and bottom of the large center frame or leave it as is?
Oh, and if any look crooked, they probably are – they are all little one nail cheapy mounts. So, every time it hit a nail with the hammer it moved all of them. I won’t worry about it until they are hung on the second coat of paint.
