The Restoration Hardware Silver Sage paint color looks beautiful in our bathroom.
A few weeks back, I painted our main bathroom {to see all of its prior colors go here}. I knew I wanted to go lighter and brighter. Â I had a gallon of Restoration Hardware’s Silver Sage paint from their last sale {I knew I would use it eventually – I just wasn’t sure where}. Â I had read on Pinterest about an easy trick to cover your toilet {and still be able to paint behind} was to cover it in foil. Â It worked like a charm! Â I also decided to ditch our towel bar {which we had previously done in our master bath} and replaced it with four hooks – so much more functional! Â Some progress shots:
And here is how it ultimately turned out.  The shower curtain is from West Elm. It’s tough to take a good photo in such a small room! I really like the lighter look and feel. The silver sage paint color feels very earthy, inspired by nature! At some point, if I get overly ambitious, I may paint the bathroom cabinet white {and swap out the countertop}. Some day!

I love the hooks in place of the towel rack.

Where did you get your towel holder! I just love it!

The towel holder above the toilet is from a store in Utah called Rod Works {there are a few locations}. The towel hooks are from Lowe’s.
